We collect account data (name, email address, password hashes) when you create a profile, and billing parameters when you purchase premium plans. We do not store full credit card details on our servers; payments are handled via secure PCI-DSS tokenized processors.

2. Document Storage Policy

Your document files are processed temporarily on our secure cloud engines. To protect your privacy, all processed files are **automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour** of task completion. No copies or caches are retained.

3. How We Use Information

We use your account details to customize your experience, manage subscriptions, process support questions, and send transactions details. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your email address or documents to marketing agencies.

4. Cookies & Usage Analytics

We use cookies to maintain session states and save billing cycle selections. We also track basic anonymous usage traffic statistics (e.g. error frequencies and speed optimizations) to debug interface issues.

5. Data Deletion Requests

You have the legal right to request the permanent deletion of your profile history and account metadata. To execute a profile deletion request, write to our data protection officer at privacy@doczivo.com.

6. Third-Party Integrations

If you sign in using Google or GitHub SSO, we only retrieve basic identity variables (email and display name) permitted by your third-party account authorization variables. We do not access external clouds.
